Yes, we have an exclusive studio for newborn photoshoot and hygienic place according to a newborn, neat and clean place.
We do use sanitizer during a photoshoot.
We do use washed clothes for every shoot, We do wash all cloths after shoot finished, which are used during the shoot.
We suggest photograph newborns between 5-10 new days when they are still in that super sleepy, squishy, curly stage. It’s also best to do the session before the baby acne sets in.
This is not to say we can’t photograph your baby a bit older, but the ultimate time is during the first week.
But, if these days not possible for a photoshoot of your newborn, st ill we can try maximum till one month for the best photograph of your baby.

Everything is fully prepared prior to your arrival (multiple sets will be in place). You can relax and enjoy some much-needed rest while we photograph your baby, just feet away.

Our studio has a huge, ginormous collection of high ends, handmade headbands, bonnets, out fits, rompers and wraps to name a few.
We are constantly updating and purchasing new goodies, only the very best for your child. Your baby’s session will be fully styled based on your color preferences.

Unfortunately, no. All of our sessions are by appointment only and generally scheduled weeks or months in advance.

Full newborn sessions take about 4 – 5 hours, this includes wiggle room if we need extra feeding and soothing breaks.
We firmly believe anything over 4 hours is just too long, too long for baby and too long for exhausted parents. Newborn sessions should never need to last 6-7 hours

Depending on the package you purchase, we can do a few parent shots.
However, newborn sessions are very specific to your newborn and will be the main focus of the session.
Again, newborn sessions are very specific to your day’s old child, so they don’t include solo shots of siblings but depending on the age and overall cooperativeness we are happy to attempt a sibling shot and of course a family shot. For your tiny infant’s safety and their vulnerable soft heads, we do not attempt sibling shots with siblings younger than 3 years old. Toddlers really do have a tough time adjusting especially within those first couple of weeks and it can be very stressful on them to ask them to sit or lie quietly (safely) next to your tiny new baby.

Each newborn has their own little personality! Your gallery will be online within 7 days of your session and your completed fully edited digital files take about two weeks (15 days)
Prints, albums, wall art and announcements can take up to 3 weeks from order date.

Yes, you can. We can only guarantee holding images for 30 days, however we store our images on backups and usually can go back quite some time on image files.
New photos other than selected package will be chargeables for editing as per requirement.

We photograph babies of any age. Your baby is no longer a newborn however you can still book a session.
Please understand the baby most likely will not be able to do newborn poses or wraps and they are usually awake.
One editing done by our team and photographs are ready, will be uploaded on our google drive and the link will be share with you.
Photographs uploaded in drive are high quality images not compressed.
Link will be live till 15 days of sharing, afterwards it will be removed.

We do have shoot slots according to timings, if you are getting delayed, if will be in deduction of your slot time duration.
If you, choses to re-schedule, we have to check free empty slot for you, if you wish to cancel the shoot, cancelation fee will be applicable.
If you cancel the shoot after booking with us 25% of the package amount will be deducted.
For rescheduling, there are no cancelation charges, but you need to bear with us till the time we find an empty slot for you.
We can try our best for certain poses and sets, but ultimately your baby is in control of the session and we would like to try out best to make each session unique.
As well, not all newborns are “moldable” for certain positions based on weight, age, flexibility, and body structure.
Yes, you are allowed to use.
- Indian and international laws assign the copyright of the photograph to the creators of a photograph.
- Just because you buy a print or get a shoot done does not mean you have purchased the copyright.
- Under the Copyright Act, photographs are protected by copyright from the moment of creation.
- Photographers have the exclusive right to reproduce their photographs.
- Unless you have permission from the photographer, you can’t copy, distribute (no scanning and sending them to others), publicly display (no putting them online), or create derivative works from photographs.
- Copyright infringements, reproducing photos without permission, can result in civil and criminal penalties.
- In the client form the client is given the option to Buy the copyright. Buying the copyright entitles the client to use the images in any which way whatsoever and they become the owners of the photographs.
- Unless prior written permission is taken from Newborn Photography Studio the client cannot use the pictures taken by Team Newborn Photography Studio for any of the following
- Advertising
- Publishing
- Displaying in Exhibitions (without our logos)
- Selling to Stock Sites
- Selling to Magazines / News Agencies
- Altering an image / manipulating an image
- Giving for free the image to a non-profit organization
- Selling the image
You can send the images that we photograph to agencies to promote your child. In such a scenario you will need to sign a release with the agency that such photos will not be published without our permission. A copy of this release must also be sent to us.
If our logo is placed on your photo, you cannot remove, manipulate, or crop the photograph to remove, blur, or alter our logo.
Apart from the above, Newborn Photography Studio grants its clients permissions to use the photos taken by Newborn Photography Studio in any which way whatsoever.
- Yes we do share images on our social media, website, and multiple other platforms & venues (both online and in print). Images shared by us online are mainly to help exhibit our work by demonstrating the capability & potential of our photography services. We do get the opportunity of capturing your memories only because you have seen the work we have shared either online or in print.
- While we are not able to share each and every client’s image due to our volume of work, but from time to time we do share the work we produce.
- From a legal standpoint under copyright law the photographer owns the copyright and can use it for any editorial use without permission of the person in the picture. We however are sensitive to certain events like the birth of your child / the child’s birthday and will only post after the event has passed should should a request be made by sending us an email to nbpsjaipur@gmail.com prior to the shoot taking place.
- Should you wish to have complete copyrights of the photographs you may wish to purchase the image copyrights
- Should you wish to have privacy of the images (which will prevent us from using any of your images online) you have he option of purchasing the privacy for an additional cost. Purchasing privacy does not give you the copyright of the images, it only means you have purchased the option that will restrict us from posting the images online.
