1. Nature of AI-Generated Images

Our AI Powered Photoshoot service uses advanced artificial intelligence to create photorealistic artistic images using the client’s or baby’s reference photographs.

While we strive to maintain the highest level of realism and facial accuracy, AI-generated images are artistically interpreted creations and may not be 100% identical replicas of real-life photographs or physical photoshoots.

Minor variations may occur in:

• Facial expressions
• Body posture
• Hair appearance
• Fabric details and textures
• Lighting, shadows, and artistic elements
• Scene composition and environment

These variations are a natural and expected part of the AI creative process.

2. Artistic Interpretation Clause

By booking this service, the client acknowledges and agrees that:

• The final images are AI-generated artistic representations, not traditional camera-captured photographs.
• The results are designed to be highly realistic but not guaranteed to be exact physical reproductions.
• Each image is uniquely generated and may differ slightly from expectations or reference samples.

AI generation involves creativity and intelligent interpretation, and exact duplication cannot be guaranteed.

3. No Guarantee of Exact Replication

We do not guarantee:

• Exact replication of specific poses, props, or themes
• Exact facial expression matching
• Exact outfit or fabric detailing
• Exact match to reference images or samples

However, we ensure the final output maintains premium quality, realism, and visual appeal.

4. Reference Photo Quality Responsibility

Final output quality depends significantly on the reference photos provided.

Clients agree to:

• Provide clear, high-resolution reference images
• Provide properly lit and unobstructed facial photos
• Avoid blurred, low-quality, or heavily filtered images

Poor reference photos may affect the final output quality.

5. Artistic Control and Creative Direction

Our creative team and AI system retain full artistic and technical control over:

• Lighting
• Background

• Scene creation
• Color grading

6. Revision Policy

Due to the advanced and automated nature of AI-generated image creation, no revisions, modifications, or changes can be requested once the images are generated and delivered.

7. Non-Refund Policy

8. Delivery Timeline

Typical delivery timeline ranges between:

Delays may occur due to technical processing requirements or revision requests.


9. Usage Rights

Clients receive personal usage rights for:

Commercial usage, resale, or alteration without written permission is not allowed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy – AI Powered Photoshoot Services

1. No Cancellation Policy

All bookings made for AI Powered Photoshoot services are final and non-cancellable.

Once the booking is confirmed and payment is made, the AI creation process, creative planning, and resource allocation begin immediately. Therefore, cancellation is not permitted under any circumstances.

2. Nature of AI-Generated Artwork

Clients acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated images are artistic creations and not exact replicas of traditional photoshoots
• Minor variations in facial expression, posture, styling, and artistic elements are natural
• The creative outcome is influenced by artificial intelligence and artistic interpretation

These factors do not qualify as valid reasons for cancellation or refund.

3. No Refund Based on Subjective Preferences

Refunds will not be provided for reasons including:

• “I did not like the images”
• “This was not what I expected”
• “I wanted something different”
• “It does not look exactly like reference image”

Creative services, including AI-generated images, are subjective and not eligible for refunds based on personal taste or opinion.

4. Service Delivery Commitment

We are committed to delivering high-quality, photorealistic AI-generated images as per the selected package.

Refunds will not be issued once image generation work has started.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will only be considered if:

• The service cannot be delivered due to technical failure from our side, and
• No images have been generated or delivered

This decision remains solely at the discretion of the company.

6.Client Agreement and Acceptance

• Fully understand and accept this No Cancellation and No Refund Policy
• Agree that AI-generated images are artistic interpretations
• Accept that dissatisfaction based on personal expectations is not grounds for refund

No booking will be confirmed, scheduled, or processed without full payment.

The AI creation process, creative planning, and resource allocation begin only after the full payment is successfully received.

This includes:

• Concept planning
• AI model preparation
• Image generation process
• Creative and technical execution

3.Payment Confirms Agreement to All Policies

By making the payment, the client automatically confirms that they:

• Agree to all Terms & Conditions
• Accept the No Refund Policy
• Accept the No Revision Policy
• Understand the nature of AI-generated images
