For the Jaipur location (20 km radius from our Studio)
 Our packages cover travel within a Jaipur Location, which includes travel and Studio Shift charges

For Out Locations (Across Rajasthan)
Travel charges will apply as per the shoot location distance, and accommodation will be applicable
 if the location is more than 200 km. This will be discussed during the booking process for final quotation.

Applicable Additional Charges (Subject to Requirements)

  • 👶👶 Charges for Twins – ₹2,000 
  • 🎨 Additional Setup Cost – ₹1,000 (per setup). This is applicable for newborn & one year baby packages.
  • 👗 Gown for Family Session (Standard collection – ₹1,500 per gown) & (Luxury Collection – ₹2,500 per gown)
  • 💄 Makeup & Hair Styling – It’s dependent on the availability of our makeup artist for your scheduled date (cost can be communicated only during booking time) 

  • Kindly note: These services are optional and can be added at the time of booking or discussed before the shoot. 

Mentioned below are not included in above all packages

  • 💄 Mother’s makeup is not included (available at an additional cost upon request)

  • 👔 Father’s outfit is not included (however, we’re happy to provide guidance on styling and color coordination)

  • 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Extended family members are not included in the photo session unless added in advance (additional charges apply)

  • 📸 Reels or behind-the-scenes videos are not part of the standard package

  • 👗 Client’s wardrobe is limited — we recommend planning outfits in advance for the best results

  • Any Specific Paid Location charges are not included in the package and, if applicable, must be borne by the client only

📸 PHOTOSHOOT TERMS

Before finalizing your booking, we kindly request that you review our complete Terms & Conditions outlined on the Terms page.
By confirming a session, the client explicitly acknowledges and agrees to abide by all terms and conditions stated therein.

💳 Payment Terms

  • 50% of the package cost advance payment is mandatory to secure and confirm your booking.

  • The remaining 50% balance amount of the selected and booked package must be paid on the day of the photoshoot, upon team arrival to your location, and before the session begins.

  • The photoshoot will commence only after full payment is completed.

🚗 Travel Outside Jaipur (Rajasthan Capital Region)

  • Our standard packages cover complete studio shift/prop/setup charges from our Jaipur studio to your location.
  • A team of 1 OR 2 professionals —including the photographer 📸, assistant (if required by the photographer)—will travel for the session.
  • Before confirming your shoot, we’ll conduct a detailed discussion to understand your requirements and gather input about the location.
